Real Estate Agent
Robert LaDuke has been diligently serving his clients since receiving his real estate license in 2014, providing the utmost level of skill and professionalism to each and every one of his clients. He’s honored to provide the utmost level of skill and professionalism to each, and every one, of his clients. Robert spent 30 years in the entertainment industry doing project management, marketing, and promotions for a diverse clientele, and he now brings these skills to his thriving real estate career.
A detail-oriented and passionate agent, Robert provides his unique white glove service, superior negotiation skills, and knowledge of the real estate market when assisting clients through the sometimes formidable process of buying or selling a home. Always an unwavering advocate for his clients, Robert considers himself to be first and foremost a good listener as well as a friend, putting their needs above all.
Working primarily in the communities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert, Robert is keenly aware of the municipalities he serves and specializes in helping folks find their new home, be they first-time home buyers, millennials, seniors, or anyone looking to find their own desert oasis. Robert relishes in helping people fulfill their dreams whether it’s moving on and selling their home or finding their new home and lifestyle. Robert’s passion is, according to him, “putting great people and great homes together.” A member of NAR, The National Association of Real Estate Agents, CAR, The California Associations of Real Estate Agents, and CDAR, The California Desert Association of Real Estate Agents, Robert remains vigilant about being up-to-date on the best practices and latest marketing techniques available.
When Robert is not immersing himself in his and his client’s real estate ventures, he enjoys finding new restaurants to try, listening to some classic disco, going to the theater, or spending time hiking the desert with his spouse of 25 years. Always a helper to the core, he once rode his bike 525 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles for a charity event personally raising over $5,000 for The LA Gay and Lesbian Center. He also finds contentment and happiness playing with his two beloved Italian Greyhounds, Valentino and Guido.
